Gopabandhu Sambadika Swasthya Bima Yojana

The web portal for ‘Odisha Working Journalists Welfare Scheme’ has been rolled out to invite applications online from working journalists for enrolment under ‘Gopabandhu Sambadika Swasthya Bima Yojana’, a health insurance scheme that covers the medical expenses of the journalists and their eligible family members.

ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ବହନ କରୁଥିବା ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବୀମା ଯୋଜନା 'ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ସମ୍ବାଦିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବୀମା ଯୋଜନା'ଅଧୀନରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନଲାଇନରେ ଆବେଦନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ'ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଯୋଜନା ୱେବ୍ ପୋର୍ଟାଲ' ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି।

Financial Assistance

Under the ‘Odisha Working Journalists Welfare Scheme’, an ex-gratia of Rs. 4 Lakhs only is provided to the legal heir of the working journalist in case of his/her death, and Rs. 2 Lakhs in case of permanent incapacitation. The eligible applicant, in such case, can apply online for financial assistance from Information & Public Relations Department.

କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେଲେ 'ଓଡ଼ିଶା କର୍ମଜୀବୀ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଯୋଜନା'ଅଧୀନରେ ତାଙ୍କ ଆଇନଗତ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଅକ୍ଷମ ହେଲେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ଅନୁକମ୍ପାମୂଳକ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ। ଏଭଳି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଆବେଦନକାରୀ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସମ୍ପର୍କ ବିଭାଗପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ଅନଲାଇନରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ।

Newspaper Hawkers

Acknowledging the hard work of Newspaper Hawkers in delivering newspapers door to door, the government has recognized them as Organized Sector Workers. The Information and Public Relations Department has issued Identity Cards to them. A newspaper hawker can apply online for registration with the Information and Public Relations Department.

ଘରକୁ ଘର ଖବରକାଗଜ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାରେ ଖବରକାଗଜ ହକରଙ୍କ କଠିନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରି ସରକାର ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗଠିତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଭାବେ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସମ୍ପର୍କ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରିଚୟପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସମ୍ପର୍କ ବିଭାଗରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ଖବରକାଗଜ ବିତରକମାନେ ଅନଲାଇନରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ।
